Appearance inspection of plastic caps

This is an appearance inspection of plastic caps transported on a conveyor. When performing an appearance inspection for dirt, the inspection for fouling can become unreliable, depending on the pattern on the product and the background colour. By using blue coloured lighting, it is possible to accurately inspect only the targeted defects.
