Position/Vibration measurement of a robot hand

In the wafer transfer process, it is important to start the next process after the residual vibration generated when the robot stops ceases. Using a laser displacement sensor to check whether the residual vibration has ceased can prevent equipment malfunction and defective processing in the next process.
