Cover case thickness measurement

Measure the thickness of the cover cases. The CL Series has an optical-axis alignment function to align the optical axes of the sensor heads mounted above and below the target. This has solved the problem of optical axis deviation which was a challenge in conventional thickness measurement from both sides of the target and achieved accurate measurement.
