The CL Series includes an ultra-compact sensor head with a diameter of just 8 mm. This sensor head fits in the space-constrained areas of image inspection equipment for accurate measurement of the distance to a target. Its coaxial measurement method prevents misalignment of the spot position, even as that distance changes.
