Surface shape of polishing pads

Historically, polishing pads needed to be removed from the equipment in order to check for wear, causing downtime. The compact sensor heads of the CL Series can be installed directly onto equipment to measure the polishing pads without removal. The shapes of polishing pads, such as groove depth, can be measured in place.
