Wafer thickness after wrapping

The CL Series is equipped with a special sensor head fixture for thickness measurement and an optical-axis alignment function, to help it perform thickness measurement with unprecedented accuracy. This allows for stable measurement of wafers with rough surfaces immediately after grinding.
