Measurement of surface runout of the inner race of bearings

The CL-3000 measures the surface runout of inner races. This deflection causes oscillations and is also a source of noise. Conventionally, this problem has been detected with vibration sensors and microphones, but these methods are affected by the surrounding environment, so it was difficult to implement countermeasures against this interference. Laser displacement sensors do not require any such countermeasures, which makes it possible to perform in-line inspections.
