Lens curvature measurement

The surface profile of small lenses is measured to calculate the curvature. The CL Series offers a confocal design and wide aperture for received light, enabling stable measurement of surfaces that only reflect a small amount of light back to the sensor. This provides stable, accurate measurement on curved and transparent targets.
