Thickness measurement after intermittent coating

Thickness can be accurately measured by calculating the height difference between the coating and the roller. Performing these measurements simultaneously, as shown here by the CL Series, is critical for eliminating errors caused by eccentricity or thermal expansion of the roller. The unique design of these sensors enables them to accurately measure both rough and glossy surfaces, providing stable measurement of intermittent coating thickness.
