The newly developed D. E. processor ensures instant processing of measured data sent from the HL-CCD, allowing significant improvement of the sampling speed.
By using LED and CCD technologies, the repeatability is 4x better than the conventional laser scan micrometers with twice the measurement speed.
Uniform, stable light, emitted from a GaN LED passes through a telecentric optical system and is received by an HL-CCD. The signal is then digitally processed for output, resulting in high-speed, highly accurate measurements.

Attaching the air purge unit in front of the measuring head and feeding an air flow prevents dirt or dust from accumulating on the head surface.
The head stores compensation data to ensure compatibility with the controller. This greatly improves measurement accuracy and head maintainability. In addition, the measuring head conforms to IP64. It is drip proof and suitable for harsh environments.
