Preventing molded products from remaining in molds and avoiding adherence of foreign matter

- Static Eliminators / Ionizers
Injection molding can cause molded products to hold a large static electricity charge, which may in turn cause foreign matter to adhere to molded products. If this is the case, the affected products must be discarded. In addition, some molded products cannot be removed from the molds. This requires manual removal each time, which causes a reduction in yields. Static eliminators avoid adhesion of foreign matter while preventing molded products from remaining in the molds.
