Inspection of Blank Orientation in Crystal Resonators

Formerly, inspection was performed using spot-type/ focused-spot-type sensors, but this was time consuming because it involved moving the workpiece. Using line lasers, the LJ-V Series instantaneously measures tilting and height differences between the package and the blank. This dramatically shortens inspection times.
