Notch position detection

Conventionally, a 1D laser displacement sensor was used to detect the position of notches. As wafers get thinner, the detection faces a problem that the spot does not hit the notch when the warpage becomes larger. The LJ-V Series’ line laser can deal with misalignment caused by wafer warpage.
