VT3 series can not only display but also help you with strong application features such as trend-graph, alarm and receipt.
Data reading/writing can be performed in the VT3 (built-in memory, memory card) and the PLC at the same time. This can be used during the process of switching or recording. With this, multiple devices for PLC parameters or complicated ladder programmes are no longer required.
In case of abnormalities, screen status can be directly printed or saved to the memory card or PC as an image data. Manuals can be created with actual screen captured from the original installation.
Alarm log, operational records, and trend charts can be transferred to VT STUDIO for viewing. You can also receive record data through the VT Transfer Tool.
Equipped with a display screen and configuration of PLC device values as standard; you need not create a new screen for monitoring devices. When the KV-5000/3000/1000/700 is used, PLC device values can be displayed in the device comments, and you are able to check the check unit settings and conditions by the unit monitor function. These features make it easier to adjust equipments or check their operations.
Up to 4608 points of alarm display can be configured. Windows fonts can be used for alarm messages and display character strings can be changed as required. Preview display is also enabled, thus reducing commissioning efforts.
A handling method is displayed simply by touching the alarm. Description of the handling method in conjunction with the image, can help to troubleshoot immediately.
In addition to the conventional trend graph, XY graph/distribution
charts can be made. Up to 4,640 line patterns can be configured and
line types and colours can be selected as required.
Recorded data can be saved to the memory card.

A trend graph can be rolled back to display log data stored. In addition, when the cursor is used, information about the cursor position can be confirmed (data and capture time).
