Conventional products could not be mounted at desired distance and was not able to connect RS-232C cable. These issues have been solved by SR-2000 reader, which can be mounted at any distance and capable to transfer data thanks communication cable RS-232C.
Previously optimal settings were unknown, but the newest 2D code reader has a built in automatic tuning which determines optimum settings for exposure time, image processing filter, etc.
Thanks to automatic polarisation, glare can be eliminated. Reader angle adjustment or external lightning becomes unnecessary.
Dark or distorted codes and even thin printing codes are not cause reading issue for SR-2000. KEYENCE 2D code reader is able to capture brightness correction, geometric correction and even automatically selects the best filtering to correct the captured image.
