BT-HD10(L) (simplified Chinese characters) Update Procedure

<How to Update>

• Users using BT-HD10 should download the "BT-HD10 update (simplified Chinese character version)", and users using BT-HD10L should download the "BT-HD10L update (simplified Chinese character version)".
  After the file is downloaded, decompress it and execute the "setup.exe" file in the folder.
• To update the BT-HD10(L) simplified Chinese character version, one of the BT-HD10(L) Japanese version, English version or simplified Chinese character version must already be installed on the PC.
  If updating of the simplified Chinese character version is executed when only the BT-HD10(L) Japanese version is installed on the PC, this means that the simplified Chinese character version will be newly installed.
• In environments where the BT-HD10(L) simplified Chinese character version is already installed, execute "setup.exe" and then uninstall the BT-HD10(L) simplified Chinese character version.
  After the BT-HD10(L) simplified Chinese character version is uninstalled, execute "setup.exe" again to re-install the BT-HD10(L) simplified Chinese character version.
  *Start uninstalling from "setup.exe".
• When installing the GAIO framework (English version), execute the "setup.exe" file in the "GAIO" folder. Note, however, that the Japanese version and English version of the GAIO framework cannot co-exist on the same PC. To use the English version, first uninstall the Japanese version.
  *There is no simplified Chinese character version of the GAIO framework.
• When installing the BT-Dev.Tool (English version), execute the "setupVS2008.exe" file in the "BT-Dev.Tool" folder.* *There is no simplified Chinese character version of the BT-Dev.Tool.
  Note, however, that the Japanese version and English version of BT-Dev.Tool cannot co-exist on the same PC. To use the English version, first uninstall the Japanese version.

<Caution>

• BT-HD10(L) Japanese version, English version and simplified Chinese character version can co-exist on the same PC if the versions are installed in separate folders.
• The Japanese version and English version of the GAIO framework and BT-Dev.Tool cannot co-exist on the same PC. Install only one of these.
• The GAIO framework (English version) displays the Japanese UI when the OS is Japanese and the English UI in languages other than Japanese.
• There is no simplified Chinese character version of the BT Application Debugger.
• Before starting the update, we recommend backing up the installation folder.
