Non-contact
Thickness measurement can be performed without producing flaws and stresses in the target. Short tact time of measurement and continuous thickness measurement can be realized. A pinpoint measurement of thickness is enabled.
The laser beam is the measuring probe.There is no need for contact.   High-speed sampling is realized
(MAX.50 kHz)		   A small spot diameter(Min.2 µm) enables accurate measurement of the desired position of a target.
