What kind of trouble occurs durting assembly?
In mixed flow production lines of multiple types of products, all components are assembled by manual labor. During operation, incorrect components are used in assembly due to the careless mistakes of the operators.

What would happen if the faulty products were shipped?
It could cause serious customer complaints! Since automotive parts are critical components involving the safety of human lives, failures cannot be tolerated.The products already carry bar codes, are there any measures to prevent mistakes in assembly work by using these bar codes?




Display the Part Location

Solution
Use a bar code reader to read the bar code data on the products and use the BL-V35E to display the location of the correct part shelf with an indicator lampas.

Preset up to 399 bar codes in advance.
Up to 399 bar codes can be registered in advance. The bar code is read and compared with the registered bar code data. The matching preset number is then output via the parallel output.

Eliminate assembly errors.
Assembly errors have been reduced to zero, and the assembly work can be left to even inexperienced operators.
