Detection of liquid level

The LX2-V Series laser thrubeam sensor is installed so that the sensor head can scan the upper part of PET bottles. The sensor detects incorrect liquid levels based on the change in the interrupted area of the laser beam.

After collecting the empty bottles, peeling the label off and washing the bottles, the LX2-V Series laser thrubeam sensor differentiates between transparent, transparent brown and transparent green bottles based on the difference in the laser beam intensity.
