Differentiation between outer and inner faces of caps on chute
The outer and inner faces of caps traveling on a chute are differentiated based on height. Before an upside-down cap reaches the capper, the cap is detected and removed or turned over.The LK Series reliably differentiates the outer and inner faces regardless of the cap color or pattern.

Prior to cooling, the LK Series checks the amount of swelling aluminum caps by measuring the cap height. This prevents defective products from being shipped.

Checking number of stacked cups
Cup quantity is determined based on the change in sensor-to target distance. Even if the preset number of cups changes, cup quantity can be determined by comparing the measured value with the set tolerance limit.
