The self-contained design saves installation space

With conventional models, it was necessary to include a layout of an ioniser in the design phase when using it in facility or on top of a desk.
These compact, selfcontained static elimination blowers can be installed or added to an existing system easily. Two types of optional mounting brackets are available.

Two types are selectable: high-speed-straight type or high-powered wide-area type

The blower can be replaced according to whether priority is given to the static elimination range or speed. Since the dimensions and cables are the same, the suitable type can be selected based on need.

Doubles the range of conventional models [Best in its class]

A high-powered wide-area fan triples the air volume of conventional models, and the lossless structure minimises air resistance to the minimum. Consequently, the SJ-F031 doubles the static elimination range of conventional models, despite its compact size. Doubles the speed of conventional models [Best in its class]

The newly-developed high-speed straight louver allows the SJ-F036 to carry air ions generated by corona discharge to a distant area directly, instead of dispersing them. Newly-developed variable DC method [Best in its class]

KEYENCE has developed a new variable DC method which generates positive and negative air ions from corresponding separate electrode probes. Generating a large amount of both positive and negative ions continuously ensuring high speed static elimination as well as uniform and stable ion balance.

Since the applied voltage rises slowly, the amount of ion generation is low.

A large amount of both positive and negative ions is continually generated, and this generation is controlled with the I.C.C. circuit.

The built-in electrostatic charge monitor indicates operation effects and current conditions at a glance

Electrostatic charge monitor
The fan unit includes an electrostatic charge monitor (standard) to indicate the strength and polarity of the target at a glance. The static elimination effects of each unit can be checked with the easy-to-see LED indicators.

Ion level monitor
The amount of ion generation is determined by selfdiagnosis and the result is indicated not only with the LED bars but also with an alarm output which is issued when the quantity falls below a certain level. This allows monitoring of problems such as dirt accumulation on the electrode probes.

The LED indicator and alarm output notify you that the electrostatic charge of the target is too strong to obtain a sufficient static elimination effect.
