5 times greater performance than conventional ionisers

The A.C.A.B. structure can prevent dust adhesion to the electrode probe, ensuring a maintenance-saving effect.
The SJ-V Series features the A.C.A.B. (Advanced Clean Air Barrier) system, which evolved from the conventional Clean Air Barrier system. The A.C.A.B. system provides a “laminar flow” by controlling the flow of supplied clean dry air around the electrode probe. Thus, the SJ-V Series can remarkably reduce adhesion of foreign objects to the tip of the electrode probe, suppressing deterioration of its static elimination capacity to the maximum extent. With this system, the SJ-V Series can maintain high static elimination capacity and reduce the number of maintenance steps for troublesome electrode probe replacement.

A.C.A.B. structure [SJ-V]

The A.C.A.B. system controls the flow of supplied air to provide a “laminar flow” around the electrode
probe. With the effect of “laminar flow”, this method can keep dust off the electrode, reducing dust adhesion to the electrode probe to the minimum.

C.A.B. structure [SJ-G]

The C.A.B. structure can effectively prevent dust adhesion to the electrode probe by covering the electrode probe with supplied air.

Low running cost with the newlydeveloped P.U.C. design.

Through development of a new air flow path in the static elimination bar, the SJ-V Series applies thoroughly uniform air pressure to each electrode, enabling generation of a stable “laminar flow”. In addition, the SJ-V Series can save running costs by reducing the air consumption rate.

SJ-V

Since the size of the air flow path in each electrode probe is reduced and the number of air flow paths is increased, the air pressure applied to each electrode probe can be made uniform. Through reduction in the air flow path size, the SJ-V Series can reduce the air consumption rate, resulting in lower running costs. SJ-V

10 times greater performance than conventional ionisers

The newly-developed flat-cut pin reduces dust accumulation. Since the tip of the electrode probe is cut into a trapezoidal shape, the SJ-V Series can suppress concentration of electrostatic charges. This structure remarkably reduces wear and dust accumulation on the tip of the electrode probe. 10 times greater performance than conventional ionisers

L.P.C. function ensures a maintenancesaving effect in various environments [Patent pending]

The SJ-V Series provides an L.P.C. function* that enables optimum control of positive and negative ion emission. This function can extend the oscillation cycle while maintaining the static elimination effect. Therefore, it is effective for saving maintenance steps even on sites where air blowers cannot be used. *Long-cycle pulse control

Reliable, clean packing type

In addition to the electrode being probe cut into a trapezoidal shape, the SJ-V Series features clean-washing and clean-packing before shipment. The SJ-V Series can be used with reliability, even in a clean environment where contamination raises a problem.

Offering electrodes with a silicone probe

The SJ-V Series offers a product lineup that uses single-crystal silicone for the electrode probe. The electrode of the silicone probe type can be used reliably even in an environment where metal pollution must be avoided.
(Models with silicon electrode probes are identified with "C" at the end of the model code. Example: SJ-V108C)
