SJ-M Specifications
1: At installation distance 50 mm, air flow 60 Nl/min (ambient temperature 20 to 30°C, relative humidity 40 to 60% RH)
2: At installation distance 50 mm, air flow 20 Nl/min (ambient temperature 20 to 30°C, relative humidity 40 to 60% RH)
3: Contact KEYENCE for information about derating for humidity and pressure when the ambient temperature 35°C.
Use clean, dry air with a dew point of -20°C or less for the supplied fluid. Also, the minimum air flow amount varies according to the nozzle. Contact KEYENCE for information about each nozzle.
4: Use a supplied fluid with a temperature of 40°C or less.
5: Only for the pressure cable. Other parts should be used with an ambient temperature of 0 to 40°C.
