The total 32-bit ladder execution engine “KV VELOCE” is further optimized. It have 2.5 times higher processing speed, than the previous models and executes 60k steps ladder program in 1ms. It allows a real-time control.

As part of its standard configuration, the KV-5000 CPU unit is equipped with Ethernet port which can be used in an extremely wide range of applications, such as communicating with high-level PC, PLC linking, and debugging over network. The applications are extremely wide.

Communicating with high-level production field PLC and PC is possible for production or operation management. Although a part of the built-in CPU unit, this provides the function of an extended unit, making it network enabled.

This is used to monitor CPU alarms or device value changes and sends Email to high-level PC. No programming is required. An instruction can be sent with the mail and response can be returned via email.

FL-net enabled

PLC linking

Up to 8192 points of data memory + 8192 points of relay are supported by the CPU unit. The open FL-net network makes it possible to communicate with other FL-net supported equipment.

To improve programming efficiency in system building or field maintainability, programs can be transferred and monitored by the CPU unit over the FL-net network.
