| Single-scan type reads barcodes with one scan line. This is the best choice for stable, high-speed production lines.Raster-scan type reads barcodes with multiple scan lines. This type excels at accurate reading of flawed barcodes, such as those with ink spots or voids. |

A 5-level indicator provides real-time display of the performance of the barcode reader.
The performance rate (% of maximum) and barcode reading frequency (scans per second) can be also monitored on a PC screen. |
